Shipping Policy:

We only ship within the US as of now.

Orders usually take 1-5 Business days (Monday-Friday) to ship after order is placed.

When order has been placed you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as the order is processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

Before check out PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PROVIDED ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If it is incorrect and its returned back to us, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.

Neny Lashes is NOT responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to shipping information being incorrect provided but the costumer at the time the order is being placed.

Please be advised we DO NOT REFUND money under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns/exchanges due to sanitary reasons. Unless if the product is damaged due to manufacturing and the product has NOT been used. 

Please be sure to verity all information before check out once an order has been placed it can NO LONGER be altered, make sure to apply discount codes (If any) and enter correct address being check out.
